My Mission
Weight loss is hard. Maybe you or someone you know has tried to lose weight multiple times, only to fail despite best efforts. Successful and sustainable weight loss is about more than just knowing what to do – it is also vital to have the necessary tools to know HOW. I’m here to help. I teach not just nutrition principles, but I also provide tools and resources that teach people exactly how to reach their desired goals. My overarching mission is to empower individuals to achieve long-lasting and sustainable weight loss, to help them live their healthiest lives possible.
My expertise
I am a nutritionist who specializes in helping people overcome barriers to weight loss by incorporating healthy habits into their daily lives. My training includes a PhD in Nutritional Science, a Master of Public Health degree in which I was trained in models of successful behavioral change, and a B.S. in Exercise Science. I have over 15 years of experience working in health and nutrition research and education. I am passionate about applying principles of nutrition to help people in their everyday lives.
